I tried i8fan things on the Internet but i didn't solve my problem, it seems to work better in windows 7 but i don't use it a lot. Dell technician came and changed the motherboard and the fan but it's still the same. WebIt is the Bios. If you want to check for yourself. Downgrade the Bios to 1.6. See if the issue is still there. And then go back to 1.7 or newer. Fan issue appears again. With every Bios update you can expect Dell to change there "intention" for how the notebook should work.
