I tend to get several through each season and give them away because it is needed for the Bashanishu achievement. The Shrine of Rakanishu spawns pretty regularly in the Dahlgur Oasis. Doing it on normal difficulty also lowers the loot pool, thus increasing the chance that it will drop.
