Although it will push the limits of the hardware with NPCs limits and such things. Most mods should be compatible with this as it changes very little from the base game. WebHall of Equipment is the best mod for armors (covers all vanilla armors in 2k) ADAM is good specifically for the Ranger armors. Wasteland clothing Hires retexture is the best for non-armor clothing. Creatures Tweaked Textures for monsters. Fallout Character Overhaul for NPCs. That covers pretty much everything in the vanilla game.
