Next to this tab there is one called “cosmetic outfits”. This is the one where you put your cosmetics. You can also access it by pressing the C-key. By default you have 2 Outfit Panels and you can purchase 6 more in the Lotro store.

WebAll your characters can use everything that’s in your wardrobe. If the original cloak is unbound, there is no need to keep it in your own bag taking up space, you can just send it to an alt and store it there. WebThe best looking quest reward armour for cosmetics is in Dunland but you won’t go there until level 65 or so. Dunland is seriously the best stuff. They should revisit some of those styles, or at least the artist that designed those styles. Festivals often have some nice cosmetic gear. Also check the Auction House.
