For some reason the plug-ins have to be placed directly in: C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 8\PlugIns\VST. but not: C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 8\PlugIns\. It's kind of annoying. I think FL Studio should be able to read VST's from any location. on any drive.
